Bernie and I took the train to the market and explored before Shabbat and to meet our Canadian friends Sharon & Ed Fitch. We picked up fresh challah and wine for Tamara. We enjoyed a marvellous Israeli lunch and went to the Fitchs apartment for tea and pastries. We caught up with all the news about our families, friends and communities.
